March Session - Fundamentals of Cake Decorating - (2 Spots Remain)

March is already here?! We're continuing along with another session of my Fundamentals of Cake Decorating class. This class will be held once a week, THURSDAY nights, at the Provo Bakery.

This will include 4 class sessions from 7:15pm to 9:15pm (March 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st). Each class will provide you the opportunity to take home a beautifully decorated 8" round, double layer cake. An overview of the month

• Introduction: Assembling, trimming, and frosting
  
• Piped borders, accents, leaves, roses, etc.
  
• Decorating with ganache
  
• Decking out the cake
