First Session Scheduled!

The first class I'll be offering is a Basics of Cake Decorating class. After this 4 week course, held once a week on WEDNESDAY nights from 7:00pm - 8:30/9pm, you'll have all the skills you'll need to make a great cake that is certain to impress a crowd.

Because June is filled with magical things like Girl's Camp and family reunions we're starting the cake classes on WEDNESDAY JULY 7th. Classes will be held in Orem at my home. Each week you will be leaving with an 8" double layer cake (white or chocolate) that is beautifully decorated.

While I will be providing the cakes, frosting, frosting bags, and such, each student will need to bring with them the following things to class each week:

  • A small variety of cake decorating tips: a basic star tip, a basic petal tip, and a basic round tip (more info available if needed, please ask)

  • Some sort of cake plate, stand, or pedestal, preferably one that spins, but anything will do for starters. (Wal-Mart carries a basic Wilton spinning cake stand that was around $15 if I remember correctly. Definitely a good investment in the long run)
This initial class has only been officially announced for a few hours and is already 1/2 full! Please drop me an email if you have any questions: betheicingonthecake@gmail.com

Thanks for your support!
